Hello Parents,

The group will be working through the theme of Transition. This will coincide with some time spent focusing on PowerSkating with Quantum Speed. We will be working on efficient, purposeful movements as an individual and puck support concepts as a member of a team unit. Once again, as it has been all year, this group will be focused on individual skill development. This requires the student athletes to some to practice with 1-2 skills that they would like to focus on and notify the coaches of theer particular areas of personal development they want to focus on.
